• Can be cleared at any time through the app settings or by uninstalling the application

Third-Party Content

Gemcap is a browser application that allows you to access content on Geminispace (the Gemini protocol network). We are not responsible for:

• The content you access through the browser
• Any user-generated content visible on Gemini capsules
• The privacy practices of websites or capsules you visit
• Data collection by third-party Gemini servers

Open Source

Gemcap is an open-source application licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The source code is publicly available on GitHub, allowing anyone to verify our privacy claims and inspect how the application works.

Permissions

The app may request the following Android permissions:

• Internet access: Required to browse Gemini capsules
• Storage access: Required to save bookmarks and local data on your device

These permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality and not for data collection or tracking.

Children's Privacy

Gemcap does not collect any data from users, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, there is no risk to children's privacy from using this application.
